  • CALL FOR BCCC LETTERS OF INTENT: AUGUST 1 - SEPTEMBER 10

The BCCC grant process consists of two parts: (1) completion of the on-line Letter of Intent form and (2) completion of the on-line Grant Application by invitation only.

Any Benton County registered 501(c)(3) organization or group/individual declaring a 501(c)(3) fiscal non-profit sponsor is invited to submit a Letter of Intent by 11:59pm on September 10th. ** If you are declaring a fiscal non-profit sponsor, you will need their Tax ID# and a copy of their IRS Letter of Determination in order to complete your Letter of Intent.

BCCC will notify (via e-mail) those who have submitted Letters of Intent by September 30th. Those selected to move forward in the grant process will be invited to attend our grant writing workshop in early October. They will submit an on-line Grant Application form between October 1st and October 31st. Notification of grants awarded are sent via e-mail by December 5th. Signed grant agreements are due by December 15th. Checks are awarded in early January.

Grant funds are distributed in January. Grant projects must complete during the calendar year for which they are funded. Final Grant Reports are due 30 days after completion of the project, or December 31st, whichever is earlier. Modifications to an approved project, including budgeted expenses, timeline or activities specified in the approved BCCC Grant Application, must be requested by filing an Interim Grant Report.

The BCCC seeks to identify art, culture and heritage projects that support an active, accessible, cultural life throughout Benton County.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR LETTER OF INTENT:

1.) Your Letter of Intent will be submitted electronically to the BCCC Grant Committee by completing the on-line form below.

2.) Scan and e-mail a copy of your 501(c)(3) IRS Letter of Determination to bentoncoalition@gmail.com by 11:59pm on September 10th.
